Spatial Atlas provides diagnostic tools and spatial assessment features designed to help renters and urban dwellers identify storage constraints and receive tailored product recommendations. These tools are provided on an as-is basis to support your decision-making process. While we strive for accuracy in our diagnostic methodology, we do not guarantee that recommendations will solve every spatial challenge or that products will fit perfectly in your specific apartment without professional measurement and installation verification on your part.

You are responsible for verifying all measurements, dimensions, and spatial constraints in your own apartment before purchasing or installing any products. We recommend consulting with a professional installer or taking detailed measurements if you have concerns about fit or safety.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Spatial Atlas website—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, diagnostic frameworks, product descriptions, before-and-after imagery, layout designs, and the overall structure of the site—is the exclusive property of Spatial Atlas or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may view and print individual pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

5. User-Generated Content

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms of Service or your use of the site shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Spatial Atlas in the twelve months preceding the claim, or if you have not made any payment, shall not exceed the equivalent of 100 Turkish Lira.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

The Spatial Atlas website and all services, tools, and content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
